Be a Mentor: Guide pupils in small groups as they navigate career possibilities in your field, share your wisdom and insights with them through meetings (online or in school) and through phone calls/ email.Offer Work Experience: Provide invaluable real-world insights through placements – even short virtual opportunities can be hugely impactful.Deliver a Lunchtime Talk: Share your unique career journey in an engaging, informal chat to a small group in school.Host a Futures Fair Stand: Connect directly with pupils and their parents at our annual event, discuss your industry and spark their curiosity.
